Allie is FOURTEEN today!!!

Today our sweet wonderful Allie turned FOURTEEN years old! We had a party at home with the grandparents, and in Howard tradition, had TWO cakes, because ONE would not possibly feed 7 people!!! Being a good little southern girl, she chose a Red Velvet Cake and the other one had to be chocolate of course. She has reached the age when some of her favorite presents are little pieces of paper that come inside a card:) But she did receive all the seasons of the tv show LOST, because she only saw the last season of it while it was on tv, and she LOVED it. Her other present was a trip to the Christian concert, Celebrate Freedom. Brian took her on 9/4 and they had a great time seeing some of her favorite Christian artists. 41st Birthday - Mother of THREE

We had a fun dinner with Mother, Daddy and Gram at Five Guys in Commerce followed by some yummy frapps from Starbucks. 41 feels pretty good. Thank you Lord!

Still Alive!

Well, we are still alive and kicking at the H house. ALOT has happened since my last post. I was on bedrest from the middle of December up until I gave birth. Our precious baby daughter, Audrey Christine came into the world 4 weeks early on March 1, 2010. Please see her blog, That Girl, (which you can find in my blog roll) if you would like to see her from birth up until now.

Audrey is now 4 months old and we are just now getting back to some kind of normal life around here. She has brought JOY, JOY, JOY to all of our lives and we praise God for her!
